1. Publication Ethics

1.1 Author Responsibilities

  • The author must ensure that the article created is an original work and has never been published or sent elsewhere.
  • All authors listed must have made an important contribution to the writing of the article.
  • Authors are required to disclose all relevant sources, data, and potential conflicts of interest.
  • If any significant error is identified after the article is published, the author is obliged to report it immediately for correction or revocation.
  • Authors should be active in the peer review process and respond professionally to feedback.

1.2. Reviewer Responsibilities

  • The reviewer is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the received manuscript.
  • The review must be done objectively, without any bias or personal criticism.
  • Reviewers are encouraged to find unlisted citations or relevant literature.
  • The reviewer should mention if there is a conflict of interest and refuse to conduct the review if there is indeed such a conflict.

1.3. Editor Responsibilities

  • The Editor has the right to accept or reject the manuscript according to its quality, originality, and relevance.
  • Editors are obliged to maintain academic integrity and ensure that the editorial process runs transparently.
  • Editors should take appropriate action if indications of ethical violations are found.
  • Reviewer anonymity and a fair peer review process must be maintained.

2. Plagiarism Policy

All submitted manuscripts will be checked using plagiarism detection tools such as Turnitin.

The maximum limit for the degree of similarity is 20%.

Plagiarism Rate:

  • Minor: there are limited copies with no data or ideas requested
  • Medium: most manuscripts are rejected, authors are prohibited from submitting works for 1 year
  • Severe: there is major plagiarism, including data or results from rejected manuscripts, authors are prohibited from submitting works for 5 years

Repeat offenders may be banned forever from submitting works, All violations will be reviewed by the editorial board.

3. Correction and Retraction Policy

Articles that have been published can be revoked under the following conditions:

  • The article may be revoked if there is evidence of unreliable findings due to honest mistakes or errors.
  • Republished articles without proper cross-references or permission.
  • There are confirmed cases of plagiarism or unethical research practices.
  • The revocation is carried out in accordance with the revocation guidelines issued by COPE.

4. Manuscript Withdrawal Policy

The author should not withdraw the manuscript article being examined without a valid reason. If the withdrawal is not justified, there will be the following sanctions:

  • $ 300 at the review stage.
  • $ 500 after the manuscript is received.

If you do not comply with this rule, the author and his institution may be blacklisted.

5. Article Sharing and Posting Policy

  • Before submission: authors can share their preprinted versions for free, including on preprinted servers like arXiv.
  • Once submitted: preprints can be shared by adding the following statement on the first page: "This work has been sent to the IBEC publisher for possible publication."
  • Once accepted: the preprint must be updated with the accepted version (no changes allowed).
  • Once published: authors may post the final version with full citation and DOI, including copyright notice from IBEC publisher
